2004 2500 srw. 24,000 mi.----Shut truck off a couple nights ago then went out in the morning and it cranks fine, but won't fire. Pulled top of filter canister and bumped starter and got plenty of fuel flow from lift pump. (did not do a fuel volume test yet) Cracked one of the lines coming off the fuel rail and got lots of fuel there also. There is also NO codes. You guys got any ideas? Thanks, Matt

 

Could be any number of things. Are the injectors firing? any codes? How did you check for the no codes? Are you sure it is diesel coming out, not gas/kerosene? Lots of factors.

 

Don't know if the injectors are firing---As stated before, there are no codes present when using the key on-off procedure---And it IS diesel coming out not gas or kerosene---Could be codes that have to be read with a STAR scan tool?

 

where abouts in vegas are you ! im in north vegas by lone mountain. willing to offer as mnuch of a hand as i can. not to good with 3rd gens. but 2 heads can be better than one
