Coolant leak from behind AC compressor
Coolant leak from behind AC compressor
As the title says I have a coolant leak coming from behind the Ac compressor it seems. Its not real bad right now but has gotten worse over the past weak or so. Has anyone had this problem before? I'd like to have an idea of what to get so that when I start taking some stuff apart I don't have to run to the parts store a bunch of times.

Couple things to check/replace...... o-rings on the refrigerant lines, and the refrigerant lines themselves. On mine, the aluminum pressure line developed a tiny hole or crack on the bend, couldn't see it, but it puked the refrigerant out on the ground. HTH
Probably ought to check the short 1"I.D. x 4" blue silicone hose at the water pump's inlet, where the heater core return dumps in... the OEM tension clamp (which isn't worm drive) can leak at high system pressures.
Possibly?
Check to be sure its not coming from waterpump. Mine started leaking slow at first an looked like it was coming from elsewhere. Try to get a look at bottom of pump .Weephole is most likely to be leaking first.GOODLUCK
