Welcome to DTR

The rebuilt calipers are notoriously bad. You should be able to replace it under warranty, if not just get another one. I've gone through 4-5 of them in 210K miles.

Does the vehicle pull to one side or the other on dry road??? Could be a colapsed brake hose. Did you turn rotors and install new pads when you put on the caliper. Ive ran into problems with pads that have been heated up unequally and causing a pulling problem or locking up problem. Just my $.02

If it is a collapsed brake line you should be able to lift that wheel off the ground and mash the pedal down and see if that wheel remains hard to turn and if it does then open the bleeder on that calipar and if the wheel turns freely put a new hose on it.

Sometimes over time a off center crimp on a rubber brake line will get worse with time as rust corrision builds up and slowly closes off the line. Pressure will go into the calipar but it is hard for it to escape back.
