i had the battery go dead in my 04 (left trailer interior lites on) charged the batteries for about 1 hr a piece started right up now the brake lite and abs lites are on can anybody help?

 

I know my 95 would do this if i had popped a fuse for feed to the rear lights.

checked the fuses to make sure there ok.

P.S unplug the trailer and make sure the truck is fine before plugging it back in.
