boost leak on after turbo

Ok, this is driving me crazy. I built a boost leak detector and found that my system is leaking where the cast aluminum elbow seats up to the output on the intake side of the turbo housing. I have put several new orings in there and even got a better clamp, but to no avail. that new clamp cost me 25 bucks !! Any help would save me, i cant think of doing anything else besides wrapping that connection with a whole roll of duct tape .

Is the tube joining up squarely to the turbo?
If not it may need to be "clocked". Loosen the four bolts on the face and rotate the housing. It may be very hard to turn.
