Bolt pattern

Ordering wheels now what size bolt pattern for 04 2500 4x4 they want to know 8x165.1 or 8x170?? tape says 6 and a half ??

165.1 MM is 6.5"

the 170's are for 99 up Furds.

Something else to watch for when ordering wheels, is the center bore of the wheel. You want something with a 130mm or larger bore, otherwise, you'll run into trouble with clearance for the center caps on the rear wheels. The hub/axle end cap is simply too big to allow for clearance with the smaller hub bores.
