I am going to go out and try to drain water sep. but this was done 2500 miles ago when i changed the oil , ANy Ideas?

Sounds like you could have got bad fuel with water in it. Add some more antigel, drain water separator. May have to change fuel filter again. Do you know if it is still summer fuel that you may have filled up with, and started problem? Change to different truck stop, or where you know they sell lots of fuel regularily. Did you notice if tanker was filling underground tanks while you were there? If this doesn't clear it up, check for codes, check fuel pressure, and check for fuel heater working properly, it's on side of fuel filter housing near the top.

Truck acted up this morning, but was great on way home got to run a few 3000 rpm stretches. I think this was a bad fuel problem as my son has used the truck this week and said the fuel he got was red in color, from his friends farm tank, this detail was told to me as he had to help me check the fuel pressure 13lbs idle to floor post filter port.and drian the water sep he was top and i held the cup to drain it into1 and 1 half ounce water in bottom of paper cup. want to change filter this weekend.

Is the agricultural bad fuel for 24 valvers? Will it work in normal situations? I know it is illegal but so is 2.89 a gallon.

Ag fuel is the same as you get from the local truck stop, just doesn't have the taxes added to it so they color it different.
Forgot to add that this may be a summer blend fuel that was getting to cold these last few days. Unlikely but possible, it usually needs to be alot colder than this to affect fuel.
