Any one know of a good mechanic around this area it looks like I have burned out a piston.We are about 400 miles from home.

 

How did you come to that conclusion?
Why do you think you burned a piston?

 

Blow by and I pulled the turbo and found specs of aluminum in the turbo and it has a knock but the oil is still clean and the oil preasure is still good.

Also your are 131 miles from Cummins Atlantic (Charlotte) according to Google maps.
If you really have burned a piston you may have block damage also.
