any ideas?
truck not running right. heres the story I work in the olifield, and I drive 450km to work, the hole were currently on I have to park my truck in town and leave it sit for 14 days. Before I left for work I cleaned my air filter and added some fuel additive. I got asome fuel milage on the way to work and my truck was running fine. But as soon as I fired it up to come home it started running funny, im getting abit of pedel feed back when before it was smooth, the engine tone has changed abit and at about 1800 rpm right when the turbo spools up im getting a noise kind of like what ticking lifters sound like on a gas jobby can't hear anything after that but the whistle of my turbo.....if that makes sense lol.
one point to mention is when I left for work the temp. was -20c and when I came home it was +5c.
Any help or ideas would be great .....ps. sorry for the long post.

Possibly water in fuel drain caniser change fuel filter if it is that cold your fuel possibly could have gelled If your tank is not full i would top of and do what i said before doesnt sound too major just keep a very close eye on it When in doubt you could alwaays try dropping the tank but do the basics first Diesels act funny in cold weather especially that cold
