ABS LIGHT ON HOW TO CLEAR CODES???

Hey guys changed the balljoints on my truck and pushed the caliper back and didn't know but now the light is on. How do I clear the codes from the computer?<br><br><br>

Jamie, you probably pushed crud into the balancing(?) valve because you didn't loosen the bleed screw. I did the same thing.<br>On mine, the light just went out after a few days. A mechanic tried to clear the codes, but on my truck, at least, that didn't work.<br><br>BTW, the ABS light has decided to come on again!!!! No idea why.<br>george

Hey there. On mine when I had the cables off for about 30 mins to reset the apps my codes disappeared,the bad ones came right back. But don't know wether that will work for the ABS though.Good luck.
