I jumped in the truck this evening and while going down the highway I noticed that the brake light and ABS light were on (the emergency brake was disengaged). I pulled off to the side of the road, turned the truck off and then back on. The ABS and Brake light went off for a second and then came back on again and stayed on. I then went to Dodge and they wanted $65.00 for a diagnostic. Service department was not kind nor even helpful. I was wondering is there something I can do to test the system before I shell out money to Dodge. BTW, 2002 (37 months) and 33500 miles.

Is your speedo messing up at low speed? If so, it's most likely the ABS sensor on top on the rear axle. About $35 from Dodge.
