I'VE HAD A EDGE A2/WJUICE FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS. THE A2 AND JUICE MODULE WORKED GREAT AT FIRST THEN IT FAILED. EDGE HAS TRIED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM BUT THE UNIT WILL NOT CHANGE FROM POWER LEVEL 2. EDGE ADMITS THEY HAVE A SOFTWARE PROBLEM. ANYBODY KNOW OF FIX. SPARE ME THE EDIT COMMENTS ABOUT GETTING RID OF IT.

 

Are you sure you have it installed correctly? Not being smart but a lot of people dont. especially the fused wire with the jumper and tring to use it without having the egt hooked up. If installed correctly just tell them to send you a new juice w/additude monitor and refund the extra from the a2 so you can enjoy the juice. While there at it have them hot juice it
