I presume you still have the wobble.

If so, did you install a crappy NAPA or OEM track bar, or have you installed an adapter kit from one of the suppliers like Solid Steel (Windecker Machine Ltd.), the Canadian firm? The adapter kit allows you to use the inexpensive and much better Dodge track bar from 03 and up.

On a truck the age of yours I would also install the Windecker Machine steering stabilizer to take any slop out of the pitman arm where it drops out of the steering gear.

Also, check your front wheel bearing packs for wear and slop. The front end shop should have, but it requires taking the weight off the front wheels and then lifting the assembly to see if there is any up and down movement of the hub on the axle.

Hm, Id re-inspect the ball joints, trackbar and tierod ends. Check the wheel bearings as well. with the ball joints you have to pry on them with a prybar to show wear since theyre so stout.
If thats all good Id see if you can raise the caster a bit. Look into a dual steering damper.
If youre looking into lifting the truck, new control arms might give you more alignment options.

Oh yeah.. 24* timing and an HX40 with no o-rings? Has it popped yet? holy cow.
