Are the 241 DLD and 241 DHD Interchangeable??
Are the 241 DLD and 241 DHD transfercases Interchangeable that are out of a 2000 dodge ram 2500?????????????

Not going to a diesel, but the HD can be used on the gas truck. The problem is the light duty (LD) is not up to snuff, and is not even used in the older V10's because it would blow at the drop of a hat.

Pretty sure there are driveshaft length differences.

marginal length diff in d-shaft lengths. the slip yolks should handle the difference.
