2006 Ram 2500 dead..

Went out to start my truck this morning, I turned the key and everything starts flashing all at once, my speedo is going from 40-120 back and forth same thing with the tach it keeps flickering and staying at like 4.2k. When I try to start it it just clicks like I have a dead battery. Tried jump starting, disconnected both batteries checked pcm fuse still doing it. I noticed its not making that clicking sound under the hood with the key turned on before you start engine, and my battery voltage gauge is sitting on 0 too. What in the world is wrong with this thing Thanks for any replies

Check the battery connections, they might be loose causing it to get voltage and loose it quickly.

There is also a flash for the 2509 if it trips with a good Batt.
