2003 Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel Frontend Noise
When turning the wheel frontend starts making a clicking noise, can not hear when driving straight

I agree sounds like a u joint. You can check for other problems by jacking one side a few inches off the ground and sticking a long pry bar under the tire to check for play, then wiggle it side to side to check tierod ends. Good luck
