1991 D250 Electrical Problem

I am trying to help out my friend, here is what he has said about his truck:

"Last week I was confident that I simply needed a new voltage regulator for my truck, and now I have a charged battery but I'm not getting power to anything; Last week the truck would start, now I can't even use the power door locks. My wires look fine so I can't figure out where the disconnect is. If there were a master fuse I'd be looking at it.."

I don't know really if that is sufficient information to yield any useful tips for fixing the problem, so if there is more information, please send me a message or reply asking it.
Thank you in advance.

As stupid and simple as it might sound check the battery cables and terminals for good connection there does'nt always have to be a big nasty pile of corrosion on top for them to not make good contact. Have a friend with a jeep that was doing the same thing .........hope this helps

Yep, fusible links. They are all sitting on the fender behind the battery. Look for crispy wires, that'll be the bad ones.
