#1 Cylinder Missing.... Need to leave but unsure.

I just started the truck to move it and it was missing pretty bad. It ran fine yesterday on the way back from Wisconsin. I used my point and shoot thermometer and checked the temps on the exh manifold. The front cyl was 130 and the rest were 170-180 at idle. It seems when the rpms come up the miss is better?? but after it goes back to idle it just get worse. BTW I put it all back to stock and its the same. HELP!! I am thinking injector?? Maybe?? I have 70k so I am still under warranty, but if its not rolling I'm not making money. Plus

My #1 stick died at 97.5k miles. Started as a little miss when it was a little sick on the way back from LA but was full fledge dead within 100 miles or so. Warrantee took care of it.

Personally I'd get it to the dealer. You'd know for sure that way. If the injector sticks open you could burn valves and pistons, then youd be down for alot longer than just a scan and possible injector replacement. I don't work without my truck either so I know it's frustrating.
Just my .02
