06 Idling rough, No power

Went out this morning and started truck it is idling very rough and smokes like crazy when I give it some throttle. It is throwing a 2146 code. I disconnected the EZ and boost fooler and returned it to stock with the TDDL. But it is still doing it. The 2146 is a some kind of low voltage injector code, from what I have been able to find out. While sitting idling it does seem to run normal for a few seconds then goes back to the rough idle. It will do this a few times and then stop. Anyone have any thoughts on the problem?

Also, I recently installed headstuds, does anyone think I could have a wire loose on an injector?

I just got on today to ask that myself. sat morning went to warm up my truck up for a few minutes, was about 18 degrees out. started the truck and got out to snowblow the driveway and heard a god awful noise. shut off the snowblower and heard my truck running like it was on 2 cylinders......and puking thick black smoke out the tailpipes. ran over and jumped in the truck. barely blipped the throttle thinking it would clear it out......idle rocketed to 3000 rpm.......shut it off. started it back up and it did the same thing. waited a second or 2 started it for a third time and it ran fine..........stupid computer controlled trucks!

Yeah, this all happened completely out of the blue. Have had 32K of troublefree miles until this. Talked to a couple of local diesel mechs and they both seemed to think injector(s). I guess I'll know in a day or so, its at the *********** now. If its injectors I guess it will be time for some of Don M's injectors.
