Angry 06 3500 won't run

I have an 06 dodge 3500 diesel. The truck has been giving me problems for about a month now. At first when it started and was at an idel it would seem like it was missing but would clear up when it got up to about 1000 RPM's or after the truck warmed up. I scaned the codes for the check engine light that came on and it said that it was a bad cam-shaft postion sensor and the #3 injector was wide open. Well I had to drive home (about 300 miles) that night and no parts stores were open and it gave me no problems and the check engine light whent out. About a week later it started the same thing again but this time when you were driving and got over about 2500 rpm's it would start missing as well. And then finally about 2 days ago it decided that it doesn't want to start anymore. it will crank once and try to start enough that the starter kicks out but will never start. Today i tried replacing the cam-shaft position sensor (which if you ever tried is not an easy task unless you have a hand the size of a 5 year old) and its still doing the same stuff. Do you think its a bad injector or bad cam??????? Lift pump??? It sounds like it is clicking but i always thought that they were supossed to hum.??

i also have a banks 6 gun on it but don't think it is part of the problem cuz it was on there for 3 months before any of this happend.
