My '03 Dodge has been sitting for the past 3 months. After messing with it today i realized that the intrument panel was not working porperly and im not getting any power to the lift pump.

The tank is half full and is reading empty, along with the Volts reading below 8 when i'm able to crank it without any problems. the guages dont move when 'key on' either. I disconnected the batteries, and even touched the terminals together to clear the computer. checked all the fuses under the hood and everything looked good.

any ideas to any fuses or relays control the instrumnet panel and lift pump? the lift pump is on the back of the canister(stock) and is STILL GOOD.

truck ran great 3 months ago w/o any problems.

 

Did you charge your battery all the way up? If not, do so. 8V is kinda low to expect your puter to work.
