After replacing supply/return lines it still wouldn't fire without starting fluid yesterday. I even tried parking on a pretty steep downhill slope, but it didn't help. It's been sitting over night so for grins, I just now went outside and low and behold it turned over a few times and fired off. So I guess my problem is relative to operating temperature such as an o-ring or a crack.
