Yokahoma Geolander AT+II's Tires

I just put on a set of 285-75-16's Yokahoma Geolanders AT+II. They seem to wander and ride rough. Anyone else running them?

I have gone through 3 sets of BF Goodrich AT's. Good tires, just wanted to try something new.

My wife is running the same size AT+IIs on her Tahoe (2 door and lifter 4" to fit the 33s). The ride a bit rough but do not wander as much as the Goodyear MTRs she had on prior. I think the BFGs are a better riding tire with less noise, a great street tire.

The BFG's stuck to the road like glue, cornered great, and I just got 51K miles out of my last set. Although I should have replaced them 10K ago.

The Geolander HT's are on my wife's RX300. She likes them just fine.

I have a 30 day free trest ride. I just might go back to BFG's

If you got the "E" rated Yokohama's they are going to be alot stiffer than the BFG's and will ride rough. I like the stiffer ride as I find the BFG's to be "mushy" with a load on and tend to let the back end wave back and forth.

I run the Superdigger 5 and I was going to go to the Geo's. My pop-in-law has the Geo's on his CTD and likes them for the snow, rain and mud.. A little softer rubber for highway wear, but a good tire IMHO..
