Thank YOU!! Most impressive engines out there are still the large industrials; international(Case/IH) primarily in tractors anyhow.

The Cummins just added the Standard at which diesel trucks should pull. Whatever is the best at the time sets the standard. There was a time when a 12 second 1/4 mile hot rod was considered "bad ***". Now, it is considered a "daily driver" at best. Time slips and quota's make standards, not brands.

P.S. When it comes to pulls, I still think cummins is the way to go.

Agreed, you cant beat an industrial engine for pulling. Nothing else will stand the beating very long.

The thing I hate about the dodge cummins is that everyone thinks theirs needs to be hooked to a sled. The last big local pull had like 70 street trucks....which is an absolute bore to watch. I am getting to the point that I dont want to see anything hook without blocks, bars, and a real pulling hitch(signs of a purpose built truck). I have seen so many street built cummins go down the track there are only about 2% I want to see again....now the real pulling trucks are still cool

That's incredible. How about "Roundy" vs Cummins pound for pound, year for year. A dollar from everyone in the stands to the winner. Haha Hope the Cummins guy has enough $$$ for fuel on the way home.

By the way "Roundy" ate your lunch too...

Gotta love dogs.
