Mercedes Benz Bio Diesel

The MB guys are using old McDonalds French Fry grease or any other kind of used food prep oil and getting it free to haul away. They then filter it, heat it and burn it.
I asked about the whole road tax thing and they said that the issue has been talked about by the legislators, but nothing has been done about it. They do not burn red heating oil, but have not had any legal problems burning french fry grease.

I guess that if you do everything correctly, the cars run like a top on this stuff. I can see running an old Mercedes 300D on it, but I really wouldn't want to put it in my truck.

The biodiesel manufactured from soy is something I wouldn't be afraid of.
