What's Your Boost?

I'm wondering what everyones boost is (12V, 24V, CR, 6.7, just say what year and if it changed with a different turbo) for everyone running 65 and 70. Just to see how much boost mine runs with my lack of aerodynamics. (7-9psi 65, 9-11psi 70). And maybe how much you run towing.

Used to have it set to 45 WOT with HX35, but I turned it down with my boost controller to about 34. Crusing from about 60-75mph it's about 5-15psi, I think.

Crusing is 5-10 depending on road conditions. WOT i have seen 44 but mostly 40. Going to install a boost elbo to hold it around 35-38.

OK, so the real question is, why does the Cummins run that high of boost, while Powerstrokes and Duramaxs are running 0-5psi? (I've asked this on their sites too)

I see about 5-10 @ 65, depending on conditions. As for the competition, the Ford, at least, has a variable geometry turbo...the ECM can bypass the flow of exhaust around the turbine when the benefits of boost aren't needed. When I had my 18cm housing on, I'd see 0-3psi at 65.

5-10 psi on normal cruise

at 70, its about 10 psi

WOT, it depends 50-60 psi, depends on hill, if i floor it in fifth, and how much boost i had in third and fourth gears... ON the dyno i saw 60 and have a few times on the expressway, but taking hills at wot, i see 50-55
