I have seen allot of prices in this post. All I have to say is stay away from Northern CA. I paid 2.299 last week it matched regular gas. Good thing milage is so good on these trucks, I would be broke.

Well, around here Gas came down from about $2.00 to $1.70 per gallon. Only Diesel came down only a couple of cents in my area, still around 1.70. It just makes me sick

well just got back from visiting my dad. for dads day and its about a 3 hour drive and i was totally shocked to see the gas prices there. i still pay 2.12 a gallon up here in norhtern WA but in Southern WA they only pay 1.84 and thats way lower than the gas at 2.04 a gallon. i was P.O.ed because i think its all about the rich pukes that live up here that have no problem paying the high prices IMHO

Sometime letting the "Gummint" have more control over every move we make is not a good thing.

Vote with your wallet, and that over-priced station will have to reduce its' prices or go out of business.

Diesel prices here in Western Oregon are still around $2.15 most places!! I've noticed that as the price of unleaded has dropped, diesel has stayed the same. Yesterday, the diesel price at one station was MORE than unleaded! What's going on??

Diesel is about the same as unleaded in Tucson - $1.93 yesterday (unleaded was $1.92), but some stations charge a few cents less, other charge a lot more.

I was shocked at the price difference between AZ and CA - what a ripoff they have going there, especially when you stay off the freeways and take back roads. Of course, this year the prices at truck stops were about the same as the rest of the stations.

Hey there, by my calculations I have you all beat, up here in Canada we buy gas by the litre. There are 4 litres in your gallon right? Well around may 24 (Queen Victorias Birthday long weekend) we were paying right up around 95c a litre for regular unleaded in Ontario, out on the coasts it was over a $1. Diesel stays pretty consistant around 65c per litre. But went as high as 72c in most places. I try and buy my gas from the Flying J on Highway 401 because they make their own fuel and this keeps their prices down. Also with their prices being the lowest all the truckers buy their fuel there which makes the price even lower. Diesel has always been cheaper though, and on regular days it usually stays around 5c cheaper than gas on avg. But everytime I look at the prices of diesel or gas, I just think to myself. Well, its still cheaper than bottled water

I know it's WAY off topic, but since you brought up the bottled water, diesel_kid, here goes. I was helping a DTR buddy put in gauges the other night and we needed some small parts. Walmart was the only thing open. Since it was so hot and humid, we decided to get a drink from the machines inside. I'm not a big fan of Walmart, but they do have cheap drinks. I noticed that their soft drinks were 25 cents and their bottled water was 30 cents. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a soft drink just water with carbonation and syrup mixed in? Why would it cost 5 cents more not to add this stuff? Inquiring minds want to know.
