Went for a drive and took a video...

Well on one of my daily drives around town in the 3500 that I wake up each morning oh-so-eager to take , I decided to take my camera along this time and get a vid for someone who wanted to see how my rebuilt transmission shifted compared to the stock one. So, I got to a hill that I remember flooring it on with the stock trans so that I could make a comparison.

CAUTION: A STOCK 3500 WITH 3.54 GEARS IS PAINFULLY SLOW. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT HOW WATCHING THIS VIDEO MAY AFFECT YOUR HEALTH, I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT WATCH THE VIDEO AT ALL.

Anyway, enjoy... Man I need a straight pipe.

Don't let em give you a had time about being slow, a little more fuel will fix that. The tranny does seem smooth!

Well, the fuel gague is broken on both my 3500 and the 2500... I reset the trip odometer at ever fill up and tell how much fuel I have left by that. Works pretty good actually, and that way I can always calculate what kind of mileage I've been getting... about 17 with the 3500 and 15 with the 2500 (3.54 vs. 4.10). I had someone with a brand new $2,000 code reader look up the warning lights but it didn't pull up any codes, both the airbag and ABS lights are on though. I'm guessing its just some read error. I think he was a little discouraged with his reader lol.

Any suggestions on how to get them cleared?
