They are on back order, I am hoping to find someone that carries these parts and has them in stock.

my exact question so I checked into the website...they look very heavy duty. No one else has responded. But there's no way their going to sell the product via "in store" sales only.

I've been trying to order online, trying to call by phone. Some numbers are not available, some are busy, some are a mistake.
So far very unsuccessfully, I am getting tired of this place, if they want business they better step up to modern times otherwise good bye.

What happens if there's a warranty issue or question about a part ? No commununication at all

I think I'll order Spicers and call it good.

I ordered direct some tiime ago and got them right away. The lowers would not fit so I used the uppers and put in Spicer lowers. Contacted XRF and they not only refunded the cost of the lowers but also insisted on paying me the difference I had to pay for the Spicer lowers. so I would say that their customer service is excellent.
