I was bored today, and nobody was around, so i figured i would floor it off of a stop light. As i shifted through the gears, the engine would kinda hesitate till about 1500rpms, then it would kick me back in the seat and really take off. Is this turbo lag?

keep it wound tight and dont let the tach drop below 2 grand.

 

Yup. That's it. With an auto you only feel it in first gear from a stop. After that it's full boost till you let off.

 

Im kinda wishing i wouldve gotten an auto..I used to pull things all the time when i had a 1500 and wished i had a standard then, and missed pulling things when i had the chevy blazer, but now that I have the 2500 i havent had any chances to pull anything! I WANNA PULL SOMETHING!!
