turbo lag

Does anyone know a way to reduce turbo lag. I have a 05 6spd ctd?

Intake, exhaust, and a fueling box should help with a lot of it.

Only 3 ways I know of.
-Smaller turbine wheel to spin sooner
-smaller turbine housing to build pressure quicker
-more fuel
Think the last choice is the only one available to you...add abox or injectors.

I thought the 05's were pretty quick on the spool up?
