Depends which mag, really. If you are going for an offroad magazine like Crawl, Four Wheeler, Petersen's, etc... then no. If you are going for a diesel performance magazine... probably not. If you are going for a show truck magazine, maybe, but probably not. I'm not being rude, just honest. What magazines look for is something "different," something that stands out. They want to sell magazines, and they do that by showing people something they don't see every day. Your truck is very nice, but it's also very common. Maybe you can get in as a Reader's Rides or something like that, but as a feature, you'll need to keep modding.

Very Very clean truck but some minor details that make it normal.
Black door handles
black mirrors
factory bumpers

It depends on what you want them to focus on go or show. You probably need to lay down 600-700hp to stick out and need to have a little more customizing to stick out from the show crowd.

Im not a magazine editor, i can barely read, just my opinion

Hate to say it, but you need more Bling Bling. Or a unique story.

Your truck as is, I agree. NO! But the easiest way to get where you want, is keep the outside the same cept for some better bumbers and color keyed mirrors and handles. Then go with a good custom interior and kick'n sound system. Back it all up with 700hp and 11sec. 1/4mi and you stand a good chance. Mags to day go more for the show truck that can actually get things done when asked and not just a trailer queen.

It's a nice start, but they want a little more of everything it seems.
