First off, I take it you are OK? That's the really important thing right now.
Secondly, don't write that truck off just yet unless you really want to.
Admittedly, it isn't the best picture to assess damage, but I think you could bring that one around without too much expense, did the doors open without scraping?
It almost looks like a perfect centerpunch, perhaps a bit of frome horn damage, but no twist, etc.

Yes, im ok and my brothers ok, he's got a broken nose.

no, i left the house this morning and the driveway was wet, the roads were wet and it was about 34, usually were the coldest and snowiest spot. Well drving along and all the roads are still black and warm, crest this hill, see the lights of the car about 400ft in front of me shimmy, i crest, lose control, try to keep it stright, but veered off the road,and boom, tree. come to realize there was about a half inch of snow on this part of the road.

Ouh.. Good to hear your ok. But the truck kind of isn't...
But It still looks pretty good.
Please, just fix her. Time for an aftermarket bumper, high psi intercooler, electric fans and maybe an sport hood?
Get somewhere the passanger side front light, the grill, fenders, stock radiator, transmission cooler and air condition parts. Then chekct out the frame and I hope she's going to be ok.

On first inspection, heres the list of damage.
1.Fan is bent, not sure what else is broke
2.crossmember is sheared
3.intercooler and radiator are shot
4.all lines to rad are shot, same with intercooler, bent
5.ac lines are bent
6.airfilter was ripped off mounting screws
7.need new cab, bed/toolbox push into it and indented it and bent rear window
8.FR fender and lights
9.whole front steering and suspension
gonna start tear down tomorrow and find more most likely

Ouch! Glad you and your brother are mostly okay!
I'll bet you're right - insuracne would likely have totalled it. Perhaps you could report it anyway & buy it back? Then you'd have some capital for the project.
Even with what you list, it's probably still worth fixing. ANy idea how fast you were travelling?
