General Diesel Discussion Talk about general diesel engines (theory, etc.) If it's about diesel, and it doesn't fit anywhere else, then put it right in here.

Is JD Equipment your dealer up there too??? I know they've got a few stores in Michigan, but can't remember where.

Just Wonderin',

I currently have a BX-23 TBL and have had no problems with the tractor. This is my second Kubota and would highly recommend the tractor for the $$. I can't believe someone thinks that they are more expensive than John Deere. When I began to look for a tractor my only requirement was that it was a diesel 4x4. John Deere was WAY more expensive than Kubota, and they have a Chevy attitude about cutting deals....NO.

I'd go with Kubota. We had a 4x4 Kubota Diesel, and it was great. I love John Deere's, I have an old one, but it all dwindels down to the name. You won't regret it with a Kubota. Does Yanmar make a bigger 4x4?

I bought a JD 4410 ( 35hp) 2 years ago, and around here the JD was not any higher priced than the Kubota. As a mater of fact I traded in a Kubota, and JD gave me more for my trade in than Kubota would. Just my .02
