I wonder what kind of speeds you can reach with the diesel 700. I remember the Polaris Diesel 455 had lots of low end grunt but only got up to about 36 mph. Pretty cool though a 700 diesel. Probably run forever.

A guy down the road from me has an old diesel Polaris. That thing could pull a house, but it was sloooooooooow. It seemed like it was all low end torque but after that it couldn't get out of it's own way. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't get one if the deal was right

That would be sweet with a crome 3 inch bull hauller , little t-3 turbo, bhaf, a big ole stix from Don M, and a (gsk if mech-or a smarty if electrical) . Rollin the coal and spinning the rubber off. Next year when there are left overs or used ones for a good deal ill be lookin.

I looked at the Polaris diesel when I bought my three 400's years ago. It was very slow but would climb a tree if you wanted to.

Oh... and don't forget the cam, springs, and big clutch!

You definitely do NOT want to see 1500°+ when you are out in the woods. That's why, like MD said, you need to have some NOS sprayed into it!
