Stolen Truck!

If anyone in California (or anywhere else) sees this truck, please report it to your local authorities.

I purchased this vehicle through a friend of mine, in California. The truck was picked up by the transport company, and moved to their storage/staging location, to be shipped out to me (truck picked up Wed. March 25th).
I was expecting delivery of this vehicle this weekend. I received a call from the transport company on Friday, to see if my truck had been delivered yet, to which I said it wasn't. They called their driver to see when he was expecting to be in Harrisburg Pa, to deliver....only to find out, my truck was never loaded onto his transport.
Apparently, none of the transport companies other transports have my truck loaded either. It's currently missing. The transport company has called the Sheriff's dept., and I'm STILL waiting to hear the outcome.

So..if anyone, anywhere between Calif. and Pa. sees this truck, please call you local authorities immediately.

It's a 92 w250 Club Cab, 4x4 Cummins truck.

I sure hope they find your truck....

I don't know how true this is, but heard that alot of stolen 12V land up over seas due to the fact of the simple design of the engine...and no electronics.

I'll keep a watch out. I can't help but think that due to the economy, this type of thievery is on the up and up.

I'm in Calif and I will look. However, it's the Mexicans that steal them and take them to Mexico quite frequently from out here. And for the reasons listed above, simple, easy , no electronics. They pull the motors to run their water pumps in the fields etc... AZ is really bad.

That is a really nice looking truck, what part of California did it leave from?

I am in Southern California and as said most thefts here wind up in Mexico within 2 to 3 hours.

Hopefully it is just a mix-up.

This is why I always think I should get LoJack on mine.

I was in the shipping Auto transport business. Get the paperwork that the truck was picked up. Then go after that companies insurance. Your truck was fully insured for any and all damages (Theft also. just not inside contents) the second they picked it up. The paper work will have a Authority number on it also. if they give you a hard time. Report them to the state police truck team. Trust me they will get you all the insure info.
