I'm from south Fla. too,then I moved to central Fla. looking to get away from the idiots, it worked for about 10yrs.,now they found me again. Now with the insurance crisis, and the property tax situation, I'm getting out of the old sunshine state for good as soon as I can. I grew up in Miami when we had cow pastures at the end of my street, now you'll find burned up cars with gang signs on it.

 

My dream city has always been Savannah, GA...after i lived there for 2 months 2 years ago now..wow what a beautiful place and very friendly. It is just the right size for me and has a bit of everything. I like south Carolina as a state overall...looks beautiful...very clean...I have never been further west than Dallas or St Louis Missouri so I dunno what the north west looks like...I plan on seeing it all

will do...I've been told it's quite friendly down there...and you can't beat the climate and cost of living

 

its not so bad, i lived there for 5 years that that was only the downtown college live music set. everywhere else i found it to be quite normal?

 

Yeah, maybe that's why I had that impression... Not that I don't like those people, even if they kinda annoy me, they are ok to be around.

It still reminds me of being someplace like say northern virginia.

 

Unlike everywhere else, chicks dig guys with trucks. Although you say you have a chick, I'm just saying.

I've lived in Texas my whole life, and love it. Welcome to the place where everything really is bigger here. Driving from Fort Worth to Dallas isn't anything to us, whereas everyone else it seems like driving across the state!
