Parking break pedal
Good Morning.
I sure hope you can help me. I bought a used 1 ton dually. 1999 dodge ram 3500, 5sp Manuel tranny, it has a 5.9 Cummins motor.
The parking break assembly pedal located under dash on the kick panel, that you would use your foot to set the breaks while parked. does not work.
It don't even ratchet when you push on it. can you help me to locate a replacement mechanism so i can use the park break. i live in the middle of Kansas, the dodge dealer here says the truck is to old and they don't carry parts for this truck any more. I've ben to both orilys parts store and auto zone they tell me it is a junk yard item only. problem is the only junk yard around here don't have any dodges in their inventory.
