9 years ago I lived in a high rise that had similar rule about parking and absolutely no trucks were allowed in or over the underground parking. They said it was structurally unsafe and violated building codes.
I would check with the code department. I can't imagine a parking structure,ground or elevated, that would be limited to 3500#'s per vehicle. 10,000 #'s maybe. Perhaps their parking structure isn't in compliance with the building codes.

Jack limits

Just got a 2 ton Pittsburgh low profile rapid jack and was going to replace sticky front calipers. 1998.5 2500 4x4 regular cab long bed. Wondering if there’s enough margin built into the jack or if I’ll blow a seal or otherwise wear it prematurely.
