Hmm, have you ever put 5000 # tongue weight on your truck? Did your tire squat? I'm pretty sure the tire (with a 35 PSI max) would be pushed down to the ground. There is minimal arch in the trailer so I think the dozer is real. There is an odd colored spot under the front of the deck, possibly covering some blocks.

Yea, Look at the J.D. and how much the truck is down. It looks fairly balance too.

Very true......that weight would bend and snap the wheels too.....the JD pic is a fake too - there is no way that tractor could drive over the fenders without flattening them.....that tractor is around the 20,000 lb mark.....never mind the fenders, it would also flatten the 6 ton float it is sitting on.....

Just some clever photo shop work....

i don't know about the john deer pics. i saw a guy yeasterday, fellow cummins driver, towing a JD with his truck. but anyway i think that one could be real but not the one with the D9 dozer in it. saw a peterbilt pullin a D10 dozer this weekend also, he wasn't moving as fast as all the other trucks.

The one way to know its fake is, where is the landing gear? It would have to have something and even if they were up, you would see something. But yes, there is a funny spot where the landing gear would be. Creative.

The deere can be done, loaded properly, it would be close, but thats all.

As far as the cat, very nice photoshop. The detachable neck trailer that the cat is on has no landing gear, by design, so that the deck can sit on the ground for front loading.

And yes, having hauled d8 d9 d10, and some larger Komatsu stuff here and there in the course of various jobs, you don't tend to move all that fast. Not sure what size cat that is, but I know a 10, without the blade and ripper, sits right around the 100k lb mark.

still, nice work

Im thinking,

the trailer would have to be extremely rear heavy and for the truck not to squat? those are fakes, but sure are nice to look at.. The deere? Im curious about that one, i have seen a truck haul a 4440 at the largest but it was not on that type of trailer.. it was a gooseneck..

The Deere would be no problem to pull, depending on the trailer. That didn't look like over a 6000 series tractor. If my Dodge couldn't pull that tractor on the right trailer I would be embarrassed and sell it. It would definately be better on a gooseneck. It could probably be done on that trailer if it was loaded right. Just not pulled very far. My neighbor bought a 7000 series, I think a 7410 with FWA and a loader in Canada and pulled it home on his gooseneck. He drives a 90's model K2500 with a 350 and automatic. I'm not sure where in Canada he bought it but he crossed over somewhere near Detroit and pulled it back home to Southern Illinois.

The Cat pic is deffinetly fake, the guy is from Pavementsucks.com and posted it a couple years back. I'll see if I can find that post where he tells about it.

Pretty cool looking none the less...

JD 6410 MFWD weighs 8754lbs, my uncle hauls 2+ a 4000 lb bale shredder on a 35' tandem dually trailer, pulled by a 96 dodge 1 ton cab+chassis cummins, or a FL60 with a ISB 5.9. A JD 7410 MFWD weighs 12343 lbs. A JD 4440 weighs 15540lbs with ballast, plus a 5000lb trailer, pretty impressive for a old 350 chevy

He had a 4440 that he hauled on it some too. But just local, 30 miles tops. Nothing like the trip from Canada. He got a heck of a deal on the 7410 up there. Said it was well worth the time and drive. He sold it last year after 2 years of use for more than he paid for it. He's talking about doing it again. I may ride along if I'm on my day's off. . I have to tell you, he bought the truck new in 1990?. He plow's snow with it for hire in the winter. Pull's a livestock gooseneck and his tandem Gooseneck equipment trailer. I think he is on at least his 3rd transmission, but still not bad for a bowtie 3/4-ton gasser. That 7410 was one sweet tractor. I had my White really buried one day (don't try to bushhog when there's standing water in that low area), he came over and pulled me out like nothing. Let me tell you, when you get a FWA loader tractor stuck, you are really stuck.
