My girlfriend's dad has an 06 chevy duramax 4x4 with ppe xcellerator, afe intake, and 5 inch exhaust and wants to race me with the truck in my sig..all i got is an intake and muffler cut out but i just ordered my tst pmcr..do i have any chance or should i not bother..im gonna be mad if i lose ha..what do ya'll think?

I would deff wait untill you get the TST, even then he still might take ya

 

Yea im def gonna wait to get TST on first..I just can't see my big truck beating his..its small compared to mine and lighter..he beat me when he was stock and i just had an intake on mine, i jumped him off the line and held him for a little ways then he started to pass me slowly.

 

My previous truck was a 2002 Chevy Duramax with a edge performance chip in it and it would out run my brothers 2004 with chip and my dad's 2004 ford powerstroke with programmer and 4 inch exhaust.

 

O please have a little faith in the cummins!!!! I don't know if you have a auto or manual. But if you have a manual go side by side at about 40 and take off you will smoke his ***!!!!

 

Are you sure you would want to beat your girlfriends dad anyway?

If you have an automatic you have a good chance. The TST is pretty mean. Id sure give it a shot anyways. let us know what happens
