a little update...2 people ive found online know this guy, and both say he is a good guy and he claims to have shipped it but where in the heck is my tracking number. he refuses to answer his home or cell phone when i call so he must have something to hide if he is avoiding me.

12 days since i sent money and 7 days since he says he shipped it and i have no turbo and no tracking number...i dont care what carrier it is, 7 days is plenty long enough to ship from ky to md. i better hear something soon.

Just trying to be positive... if he paid shipping and choose to send it Parcel Post, to save a few bucks ..... 7 days may not be too long? Maybe.

Well if he didn't bother getting a tracking # he might not know where it is either. With that being said, if it is lost in transit it may take awhile to resolve this via fileing a claim.

Been following your story, Maybe you could try contacting UPS or Fedex and give them your name, address ect and see if anything comes up, tell them about your situation and maybe then can find a something. This happend to me once before and i contacted UPS and was able to figure out where my package was

The Lil 55 is a big turbo. Mine was 46 lbs when I got it from J.R. Adkins shop, in Indy. Shipping was $35.00 via UPS.

I think you should post the POS name and address. It looks like he has taken you at this point . I live in KY and if there is anything I can do to help, just let me know. I could in the very least see to it that he uses your money to replace his slashed tires and keyed paint job! I would post his name though, it might save someone else from going through the same crap.

Uh, yeah. Don't think posting the guy's name and info will last long here.

(just my .02c, but I would be willing to bet as soon as someone puts that info out here in public, it will get removed and this thread would most likely get locked. Even though it would be nice to "Wenzel" the guy )

after still not answering my calls i called the guys girlfriend and she says he just shipped it yesterday (another lie) but she says she will call him and have him call me with the tracking number.

5 minutes later my dad calls and the turbo and DP are at my house.

13 days to get it and never had a t/n...that has me TO'd still. but at least i have it now and i can put it on tonight (if the dealer gets my exhaust gasket)

If in fact he did rip you off don't hesitate to call the sellers local police and file a theft report and press charges. When a cop comes a knocking it may get him moving.
