Pacbrake, thought you'd like to know...

Have had a pacbrake on my '96 cummins 12 valve since '05.

It's always worked well and I've been pleased with it.

Today it stopped working.

I did a little troubleshooting on the switch wiring and it seemed fine.
Checked the vacuum lines, they seemed fine.

I called Pacbrake and talked with Chris; he sent me instructions to disassemble the vacuum solenoid and clean it.

I followed the clear instructions with the diagram and it's working again.

This has always been a strong performing product and today I'm glad to say that it's field serviceable and their pacbrake support is willing and eager to help.

Thank you,

KRS

Mine stopped working about a month ago. So I was ready to clean the solenoid. But instead I just hit the reset button on the solenoid. It started working and has been fine since.
