PA Shop: East Coast Diesel...

Need some advice on this shop. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago...they do work on Diesel Trucks from everything from parts and installations to custom work...and they do their own torque converters, valve bodies, and custom tranny work including full trannys...

anyone have any opinions on them? How's their work (quality, customer service, realibility etc..)? Any comments on dealing with them...etc..etc...

thanks guys

Ladell and Lamar are real nice guys ive pulled with them tons of times. always looking to help ya out. I havent had any work done by them yet but ive never heard anything bad. i hear ladell builds some edit automatics, and if you've ever seen ladell or lamars pulling trucks run you know they know a little bit about performance.

That's whom I talked to Ladell...seemed like a really nice guy, extremely helpful. They are a bit far from me and I am new on the scene so I wanted to do a background check to see if they are as good as they say they are I like the fact that they do their own tranny work as well...Ladell is the guy that does that work and he was putting together a quote for me if I decided to go with them for thier TC and VB & DD Pan for strengthening the tranny.

Lamar and Ladell are two of the nicest people you will meet and as already has been said will do almost anything to help if they can.Their pulling trucks and their customers trucks are some of the best running rides in the area.Their local list of customers trucks would show most of the heavy hitters from the area. While they are relatively new to business by themselves, their work is very good and they are getting busier by the day. There are times when you call for them you will not get any answer because they are under customers trucks and can not get to the phone,so leave a message and one of them will call you back.Their automatics are hard hitting and crisp and make me wish mine had one, instead of the stick I have,LOL.

They have done some small stuff for me and I am very pleased with what they did.I do what I can when I am out at shows to help them and they usually are at my dyno shows. If they can not do what you need, then it can not be done.Tell them you heard from Rampage and myself......Andy

TJ...
Knowing who does their P-Pumps the best way to asnwer this for you is this way......

Yes,you will be satisfied with their P-Pump work.

However...
I will warn you and just because I have been down this road already.Having a custom P-Pump built is NOT by any stroke of the imagination, cheap. It will set you back some coin and to do a conversion on your 24v will be even more than the normal 12v owner.

So..Save your coins and be ready.......Andy
