NV5600 Value
What would be the resale value (about) for an NV5600 that drives but needs to be rebuilt. I will not drive the truck b/c I dont like to "drive it 'till it dies" like some people do. It feels as though a bearing or two is bad or something.

When you are trying to buy one...they are all going for about $2500-4000 in good shape.
But when you try to sell one you are lucky to get $1000 out of it...I only got $800 for mine.

I would suggest you find out for sure in fact you have a bearing out in it. I Thought I had a bearing out in the Trans and turned out to be a bearing in the rear Diff. I was told that a bearing going out somewhere else in the the drive train can resonate into the trans and make it feel like thats where its coming from. I spent alot of money rebuilding my trans and turned out that wasn't the problem so learn from my mistake!!
