What do you think about the new Ford body.......It think it is ugly

 

Aside from flipping the headlights and tail lights upside down, it looks the same as my 2001 SD.

 

They look at lot better with a little lift.

 

They look good to me, but that doesn't make up for the downfalls of owning one.

 

I thought it was supposed to be a full redesign... the body panels look the same except for front and rear... throw in the F150 interior and the non-existent 6.4L and you're done... what's the big deal? the tail gate step for crippled old men?

 

I think they look fine.

 

I have never liked the look of the newer fords. I like the look of the old 94, 95's better.

 

I take that back I just seen a pic of a superduty, and I like them alot better than the recent style!!!

 

ill agree with you magram, i like the older body styles as well. i believe it was what 92-98, i also liked some of the 87-91 body as well, and especially the mid eighties. i have a good friend who had a 86 3/4ton super cab 2wd w/ 6.9 and 4spd man. we put a 3"bl on her, and true dual straight pipes, and turned up the pump it was pretty sweet. the new ones, just looks more and more car like. but people keep buying them. so theyll keep building'em

 

I think that they look awful, of course that have always looked awful

hence why im simply ok with them, the 6.4 is a downright mess under teh hood tho, anyone seen under there?

Ya I looked what a jungle, hate to be a tech that has to work on that .
Unfortunatly boss has ordered me on should be here the end of march i'll take picks of my 07 ctd and the ford side by side as soon as it gets here.

 

they all ought to be gold colored for the price their asking. Been one on the local ford lot for over a month. 3/4 ton nothing special XLT 52,000 and they won't budge. crazy thats a lot of money for a terd.

 

nothing to write home about.

 

I like the truck...just not the drivetrain. Now if I could just get a F-450 with a 6.7L cummins and G-56.
