Navistar XT series...who's in line?

Has anyone seen the Navistar MXT? It's so ugly, it's almost cute. Kind of like a juiced up Jeep Renegade. It's getting the 4.6 originally intended for the F-150 before Ford pull the plug on it and started looking for another powerplant (ie. a new V-6 Cummins)

Looks like a scrapped H2 project!

But you know what? People will buy them and say "Look @ ME!"

I drive a Cornbinder at work every day,and really like it. I have to say that this MXT thing is uglier than a mud fence Guess it's too small for a DT-466?

When I was a teenager, my sister used to say "gag me with a fork". Now I know what she meant. And... it has a Neverstart engine? I'd rather have a Dodge with a Hemi.

It looks like the cab was designed by the same guy that designed the Telephone Booth.

That's a good idea for it. Park it near the border and when the aliens step inside to use the telephone, fire it up and drive them back across the border!

Internationals have always appealed to me in a sort of utilitarian way. I would love to have an old 800 series squarebody Scout as a project vehicle.

This truck will have the dual-turbo V-6 engine that Ford rejected.

Saw it personally today--and moved on quickly to more interesting displays!

I guess if a guy was into ugly, that would be a home run. What are the spec's on the v-6 that they plan on putting it into a hog like that? Alot of truck there.
