Magnetic fuel conditioning has been around for years and works excellent. I'm not talking about the $10 magnets that cable tie to your fuel line though, more like these> http://www.metstrade.com/marketplace...productid=2254

We use a mobile unit like the one below to clean out big rig tanks.
