General Diesel Discussion Talk about general diesel engines (theory, etc.) If it's about diesel, and it doesn't fit anywhere else, then put it right in here.

Just when you thought you saw it all....

I really wish I had the time, money and resources to do silly projects like this!

What the heck do you use that for? Looks like a swamp buggy to me...

Definitely needs lockers if they plan to use it in snow.

With a tire wheel combo that tall, did they really need to waste a set of Unimog axles and a Cummins in a project that can't even stop (notice how far it slid when they locked up the brakes) let alone be able to climb up a small snow bank without getting stuck? The tires on that rig are way too useless unless like JC said, a swamp buggy.

Looks like it could become a good sprayer truck for the fields. Sounds like its a little strung out to do any real playing.

Notice how they didn't try to put mush power down with that thing. It looks like those skinny spokes on those wheels would just shatter under full torque of the mighty cummins.

Agreed. They could have grabbed some wheels off of a circa 1920's John Deere. Those things are pretty solid. But I would still like to see what happens to those oversized bike tires when they mash the pedal.

I couldn't imaging spending money or time on something like that. What could you use it for anyway? I could think of many toys to have or build. Just my opinion.
