Don't tell anyone but I joined one ford forum just to poke around.
We are much kinder to them and we have more class.

I think the term "clueless" applies here

I think the Fords run pretty good if set up properly, but the longevity issue is still squarely in the I6 corner.

No matter what brand these guys own, I just hope they are happy with them. That is a huge chunk of change to spend on something if you don't like it

You can definately tell the newbie Ford owners from the old ones - the old-timer's arguments are valid - the newbies are just whining and don't know what they're talking about....

The old timers recognize the F-up with the 6.0L and that Ford will have an new diesel platform/enginr around `06 - notice they have 7.3L PSDs - not 6.0Ls.

The newbies have 6.0Ls and do not want to admit they got a POS that cost $50k.

I'm living proof of Ford's loyal owners flocking to DC because of the 6.0L.

I wonder what that `06 diesel will be? I've herd of a 6.4L - Who knows. Wife wants an Excursion diesel - she's gonna have to wait till Ford pulls their head out. Or she's getting an `02-03 (D-60s in the front those years).

I'm extatic with my CTD - but deep inside wish it had a blue oval up front. This is like watching your favorite team lose year after year and not even make the play-offs!!!
